Helps lead The Guardian Angels
Recluctant friends with Lis D'Alleyn
Generally easygoing, he gets angry when faced with someone or something attempting to force control on another person.
Fenix's powers are basically static at a much higher amplitude.
Fenix generates a large positive charge on his own body and a negitive one on his target, which facilitates static discharge.
This is basically an extension of the Primary set, Fenix can also create negative and positive charges on objects around him.
Fenix has the ability to see and access the internet without a computer. Oftan times, this is used for hacking computers remotly, although he has been known to use it for recreation when he is not working.
Fenix can fly through use of his wings. However, to support the full weight of his body for full speed flight, he repels himself off the metal in the city below.
Fenix works out before he starts work, which allows him to move more swiftly and hold a charge longer.
Fenix also has access to medical technology through his brother.
Fenix was formerly imployed as internet security, and can access most computers easily.
Weaknesses and Limitations
Fenix cannot maintain control while flying close to a large magnetic source, and dislikes extremly cramped quarters. Also, when out of energy, he cannot produce any more electricity untill he rests.
Fenix carries a small piece of medical equipment that is on loan to him from his brother, Drogan.
Fenix Alheron came to Paragon to work as a network consultant for a company called CompuGo, a subsidiary of Crey Industries. He was abducted and experimented upon, increasing his powers from being barely able to give someone a static jolt to handling several thousand volts of electricity. They even went so far as to implant him with a Nictus. He escaped, and wandered the streets of Paragon, until a psychic hero examined his brain. All went well, untill Fenix unexpectedly went insane due to the Nictus covertly living inside him. He fled to the Rogue Isles, where he was witness to several unspeakable acts, several of them committed by his body.
Fenix was forced to undergo a drastic surgery at the hands of Shelly Percy, because the nictus was too ingrained with his body. It was ripped out, and Fenix blacked out. He awoke to find himself back in Paragon, and burdened by a pair of wings. He has since learned to fly.
Recent events, however, are threatening to push Fenix over the edge. He has recently discovered that his biological father is Epsilon Victor, a major villain in the Rogue Isles, and undercover agent for almost every major villain group. In addition, he has also learned that he is not the original Fenix Alheron, but a clone. A Crey memo has said that the "Source" has been eliminated.
