Biography
Real Name: Grace Wilson

Affiliations:Grace knows many of the people who pass through Pocket D due to being pretty fond of drinking and dancing. As a long time member of The Eternals, she has been in contact with many of the high-ranking and well-known Super Groups in Paragon. This has yet to provide her with any sort of free stuff or even a pre-paid bar tab.
Physical Attributes
Most of the time Gamer's Widow can be seen in black leather outfit that was a gift from her late husband.The non-staining, breathable fabric has reduced Serge to tears in an effort to duplicate it, but so far she can't explain it to him.
When she goes into combat, she has been seen in some light armor, created for her in response to the Second Rikti Invasion. She also prefers it to the drafty leather for working in caves and underground.
At one point, when Gamer's Widow believed her powers were lost, she was seen about town in casual cargo pants and a sweatshirt. When she has late night junk-food cravings, that's still what you're most likely to see her in at the City of Gyros.
Personality
Grace often comes across as a fluttery, sweet, and slightly distracted southern belle. She's fond of beer and has been known to drink herself into bad situations. She is fiercely loyal to her friends and has been known to meddle in other people's love lives if she thinks she can get away with it. Grace works very hard to project an air of cheerfulness in most situations, although she has been known to be foul-mouthed when drinking.
Powers
Gamer's Widow doesn't really know where her powers came from, but she knows they're fairly unusual. All of her powers are tweakings of the law of probability. While she doesn't have much real control over Probability itself, she can "nudge" things to happen more the way she wants them too. Most people can not see the dark powers that shoot from her hands, although they can all see the manifestation of her dead husband Jimmy who comes when she calls him. She refers to Jimmy as her "ex husband".
Character History
Grace Wilson was just another small town girl growing up outside of Houston. When she met Jimmie, she thought her dreams of becoming a mother and wife would finally be answered. After several moves, Jimmie took his new bride to Paragon City and started working in a magic supply shop.
Although Grace had no interest, Jimmie was entranced by magic. Since he had no aptitude himself, he spent his days playing role playing games and LARPing. Soon he was asking Grace to dress up for him and to come to conventions. She went along with it, but really thought it was all a waste of time.
Since Jimmie loved the games so much, Grace bought him a pair of dice for his birthday. They were sleekly black with red dots that the store clerk assured her were real rubies.When she rolled them across the table to him, Jimmie vanished in a puff of purple smoke and Grace discovered she couldn't remove the funny costume she was dressed in. Soon she discovered several other strange side-effects of what she personally calls 'the Curse', including the ability to tamper with the Laws of Probability.
Grace signed on with the Eternals under the name Gamer's Widow shortly before their one year anniversary and has been a member ever since. Her most recent rank of Team Leader was a shock, but she ran the orange team as best she could until loss of her powers caused her to ask to step down.Her powers did come back during the Second Rikti Invasion and she is re-learning how to use them.
She has discovered that not only is her sister Gentleness here in Paragon, her two half-sisters Joyeux and Mercy are in the Isles and there is a suspision that they have inherited a mutant gene from their father. Grace doesn't really like Joy and has no real opinion of Mercy, but she can't resist poking her nose into their love lives. She also enjoys messing with her friend the Sword Dancer, who has a habit of falling in love with very bad boys. Gamer's Widow herself is still deeply attached to her dead husband who she can summon to aid her in her battles although she insists on introducing him as "my ex husband".
