The beginning

Mélodie was born in Templeton, a small village near the Québec-Ontario border. Single child of Remi and Colette, she lived a normal life. Going to a public school, fooling around with friends and flirting with the guys. That is, until one life-changing night. At the age of 16, she went into a bar with her two best friends, using fake I.D. While they were having fun dancing and drinking, a fight started near them. Mélodie panicked. She was scared of getting hurt by the fight, but even more, she was scared that the cops would come and she'd get noticed. So she just stayed there, no moving, totally paralyzed by fear.

Girl Gone Wild

In the news paper the next day, everyone could read "Girl Gone Wild: Carry White style!". The journalist detailed the scene that had happenned from what he gathered from witnesses. A fight started when a guy saw his ex with her new boyfriend and with his friend, tried to beat him. At some point during the fight, one of the combattant was pushed toward a small girl that was stupidly standing there. Both falled to the ground and that's when the girl, apparently named Mélodie Rougeau, started screaming. Grabbing chair, she started hitting him frenetically. When the sturdy wooden chair broke on his head, he's been dead for a while, and the still shock of the crowd had turned into a panick. Both of the other guys tried to restrain and/or beat her, depending on the witnesses. The frenzied girl took a bottle and in one swing broke the guy's neck before turning to the other and start stabbing him with the now broken bottle. The bouncer who finally reached her was powerless. But after breaking his arm, Mélodie stopped freaking out and just ran straight for the door, disapearing into the night.

Wanted

As soon as Mélodie stepped through the door, with her clothes all bloodied, Remi knew what happenned. Proceeding to comfort her with the help of his wife, they started to tell there daughter of her lineage. That everyone in there fammily was magically bounded to a weapon, a mace. That mace was sentient and came with great gifts. Each person would get different powers, but one take always remained the same. The first time the powers manifested, there was always victims. No matter how stupidly innofensive or defensive the power was mean to be, it would erupt violently. Sometimes in way that the owner wouldn't even be able to reproduce. After a good night of sleep in an small motel room, they realized that she needed to run. Her name was already in the news paper, and every cops in the city would be hunting her. Leaving her parents out of this, she took their car and started to run.

The capture

After a year, she finally got caught by the cops. It started like all the previous fight with the cops, them being able to do nothing against her. She would just throw them around and knock them out as the bullets couldn't bring her down. But this time they had help. A guy in a weird red and white super hero came. He quickly nullified her power and brought her down with the help of the last few cops. Shackling her with inhibitor techonologie, he dragged her to the helicotpor that would bring her to the Zig. As they were about to arrive near the coast, Mélodie freaked out once again. She started kicking everywhere and grabbing the pilot. The Helicoptor slowly drifted toward the Etoil Islands. Minutes of fight later, as the helicoptor was about to crash, Mélodie somehow[1] removed the shackles, letting her survive the crash. Drifting to a diminutive island, she was eventually able to swim to the coast of Mercy Island.

Seven Deadly Sins:Wrath

Sigma Iota Nu

a. Introduction

Quickly realizing how dangerous the Rogue Islands could be, she started searching for somewhere safe to live. After hearing rumours about Sigma Iota Nu, she tried to apply. After a quick interview and a little dilema, she was accepted. Everyone have been extremely nice with her and she started meeting the different professors so she could choose one. She ended spending more time with Jonin Princess then all of the others together, and she even started to learn a few things. She's now student of the chair of Wrath, after having asked Jo officialy if she'd be worthy of being under her.

b. The life at Sigma

Héritage quickly became friends with some of the girls, without regard of their positions. She's fallowing all of Sensai Jo's classes very seriously as well as making sure to go at the normal classes. In her free time, she's been hanging out with her different friends. She's also meet SIN's allies, the Viscious Circle and Ares Corps. A few members of the VC scare her to death and most of the others disgust her because of how fucked up they are. And for their obvious love for pain and killing. There's still a huge number of them she didn't meet though and there is a rare few of them that seems nice. Ares Corps seems a lot better then VC, but she's still a bit uncomfortable with them, because of the connotation(they kill stuff) of mercenaries.
Jonin Princess = Sensai Jo, the teacher.
Dr Qiang = Dr Qiang, the roomate.
Midnight Juri = Miss Juri, the mistress.
Babydoll Slayer = Kelli, the new best friend.

c. Being a teacher

(Just teasing! =P I'd make an horrible teacher.)

Powers

All of her powers come from her Mace. It's a sentient weapon that is bounded to her. In her hands, it feels weightless, even though giving it's size and density, it should be pretty heavy. Every person in her familly have one, and each new child inherit the powers of the previous familly member, as well as their own personnal power. It's highly resilient and there's no record of one being destroy. Those things are known only of the people Héritage trusted enough to tell.

Frenzied Strenght

As she start hitting, she's building strenght. Each little blow helps gainning momentum, until even a small hit will become deadly. There's a limit to the maximum amound of strenght she can get this way.
There's another way of accessing her super strenght. If she's under fear or combat related excitement, it will build even quicker then by hitting. She doesn't know yet if there's a limit with this way of building strenght.

Regeneration

She's also able to regenerate. Doing so requieres no conscious efforts from Héritage, but she have some limited control over it if the need arise. Other side effects from this power are that she's extremely resistant to most diseases or poisons and that she'll stay at decent health no matter what bad habits she might have.

Flight

She's able to fly, but so far it's pretty useless. It takes so much concentration to even move at a turtle's pace. It's possible that it always stay like this due to the very short time she's been near her ancestor with this abilitie before he died.

Personnality

Héritage is often overly cheerful. She likes to have fun and will often teases her friends. She's kinda too soft for being a real large villain, but maybe that will change. For now, she always avoid killing, but isn't too bothered with lesser crimes like vandalism, stealing or defending herself violently. She have a different view on a few things due to being born in a different country and culture. She's pretty loyal with her friends. She loves post-apocalyptic novels, movies and songs. She's a big fan of FPS and can't wait to get a computer again.

Out of Character Info

1."Héritage de guerre" is never used ICly. I had to find a way to get the name because Heritage was taken and the character creator doesn't accept the "é" in Héritage. It's French and whenever the character say it, it's ponounced correctly, in French. I'll assume the others repeat it "perfectly" even if the player doesn't type the accent, because i'm aware it might be hard on an english keyboard. If you want to pronounce it badly ( voluntarily or because your character sucks at French), just mention it OC or send me a tell.
2.The player of Héritage is comfortable with planning something OOC with another player for our characters. If you're planning something major or something that could significantly change Héritage, and would like to make sure it's good with me, i'll be glad to talk about it and give my opinion. It might also be something silly like you wanted to run into my character when she was having breakfast(wich i'll never be RPing alone in the base), so we'd plan a time to RP it somewhere isolated, even if the time isn't really right.
3.If i do something that annoys you OOCly, please do tell me. We'll be able to sort this out maturely. It's extremely frustrating when you get told by someone you though a friend for 3 months: "I'm sick and tired of you. You always kept doing X and it's freaking annoying". Specialy because of the RP, it's hard to differenciate if you're annoyed IC or OOC. Good communication can solves this problem. =)
4.For those who know me a bit, you can always feel free to ask for my help IC(i might refuse for IC reasons) or OOC (beating a hard EB/AV, doing a mission for a particular reward ,transfer, etc). If i'm not already doing something hard to interrupt, i'll be glad to help.
