In a previous life, the Kheld Misonon was friends with the Kheld now inhabiting the hero known as Anamchara.

Unbeknownst to Marcus, but known to Misonon, fellow Legendary member Space Mage has a huge crush on Marcus. He just thinks she's really cute.

Personality

Marcus is the reluctant hero. Before meeting Misonon, Marcus did not have the drive to be a hero. He was content with his job working at a local movie theater. When Misonon's previous host was seriously injurred by a Void Stalker, Marcus spontaneously volunteered to host him. Misonon's previous host agreed, on the condition that Marcus register as a heroes.

While Marcus has control of his body during most times of the day, when it comes down to the actual fighting, he lets Misonon take over.

Travel

With Misonon's help, Marcus is working on mastering the art of teleportation. When first taught that he could fly in Nova form, Marcus' reaction was to ask Misonon, "Can you barf in Nova form?" The answer to that eternal question is apparently, "No" as Marcus has yet to hurl his cookies when flying.

Weaknesses and Limitations

Like all Kheld partnerships, Marcus and Misonon are vulnerable to Void Hunters and Quantum Weapons.

Equipment

Marcus carries a Jump Pack and a Pocket D VIP pass.

Character History

Marcus is the youngest Mac Hine brother, only Minuet is younger than he is. Mostly content with his life, and not really showing any visible super-type powers like his siblings, Marcus had felt that he was perhaps a failure in The Mac Hine's experiments. In truth, his super-type powers emerged as technical know-how. Marcus is very technically inclined, but since he's not allowed in The Mac Hine's workshop, he has never had a chance to tinker so the majority of his powers have never been used. He is the sibling called on most often to reprogram the VCR, the microwave and the timers on the house lights.

When faced with an injured and possibly dieing Kheld in the living room one day, Marcus stepped up and volunteered to host him, to the let the Kheld's current host heal. The Kheld was Misonon, and the two of them have since formed a good friendship, although they are still trying to figure each other out.

Misonon on the other hand is several hundred years old. At some point in his past, Misonon turned from being a normal Kheld to being a soul sucking Nictus. He doesn't like to talk of those times, so no one has pressed him for any information. It has only been in the last 50 years that Misonon has turned back to the hero side. He blames his previous host for making him think about his actions again and making him get in contact with the the hero world.

When the Marcus and Misonon partnership registered as a hero it was agreed that they would use Marcus' name, but that Misonon would have a say in the costume. Misonon picked a white cowboy hat although it didn't fit Marcus' normal style. When asked WHY he picked a white hat, Misonon answerde that he wanted people to know he was a good guy, and good guys in the movies always wore white hats.
