Character Background
Neighbors always thought Roger Akins was rather strange. He is rarely seen and always keeps to himself. He appears to be a somewhat disturbed, yet harmless old man. Yet it's that stare, that lingering gaze that seems to penetrate through you that has left many feeling extremely uncomfortable and exposed.
One day a bunch of foolhardy kids rummaged through his trash and found boxes upon boxes of "Huggies Supreme" (for customized comfort) diapers, thus giving him the name "Mr. Huggy Pants." Now people just think he's a freaky old man. But if you had any idea, if you could only fathom the depths of his corruption and his imminent danger to society, you would take your family and flee the country this very moment!

Inspiration, Notes and Trivia
- This character name originated as a PvP concept while playing against friends in Halo 2. I thought nothing could be more humiliating then being taken down and having the message appear "You've been killed by Mr. Huggy Pants". I was right.
- This character was created in Issue 7.
- This was my first villain to reach level 50 (seventh character overall).
- Hours to level: approximately 283 in Issue 9.
