Nathan is the definition of a true RP character. He was the player’s first villain on the Virtue Server, and was created from another player’s character, Juliana Tilla. There have been multiple forms of him, most due to RP changes, or just the player’s dislike of a set. Count with me: He was first a Robots/Devices Technology Mastermind, than he was a Psychic /Psychic Mutant Dominator, than a Dark/Dark Magic Corrupter, than a Psychic /Psychic Mutant Dominator again, than he was Electric/Electric Technology Brute, than he was a Energy/Energy Technology Stalker, and now he is a Energy/Kinetics Technology Corrupter; and there may be one or two missing from this list, but yeah. He’s most fun to play because of his devious, string pulling ways, and; of course, because of all the ties he has in the Isles, i <3 u guys.

Personality

Nathaniel is quite the character. He can easily be described as unpredictable. He is very emotional and portrays this in his attitude. He has undergone a tremendous change in behavior. Once he was very feral, and easily angered. Now he is calm, and he uses this newfound calmness to deviously get what he wants and takes advantage of anyone he can in order to reach a goal. Nathaniel has transformed into a true villain-he is a young fiend.

Likes: His intelligence, winning at all cost, serving the Delphian Circle and its new order.

Dislikes: Nearly everything, but especially not understanding something, he also hates demons and is firmly racist against them.

Character History

Origin

Nathaniel was born to two extraordinary parents, one of them being a fallen hero, Brandon Tilla. Brandon was a mutant, a super genius gifted with the ability to use his brain more efficiently than any other. He was a cocky hero who did what he wanted to. Brandon was happily married and already the father of a beautiful girl, Juliana Tilla; but Brandon was used to getting whatever he wanted, and he wanted more. He set his sights on the most beautiful, popular, and stunning heroine in Paragon City: The Pink Dazzler.

The Pink Dazzler had recently saved Paragon with the assistance of the Freedom Phalanx. She had amazing Telepathic abilities that no one at the time could match. She was also a mutant. The two met, as Brandon decided they would, and she quickly fell in love with him. The Dazzler (who only revealed her last name, Jacobs) soon discovered that she was pregnant.

Brandon refused to support the child or mother, and left them along with his other family. No one has seen him since - he has done an extraordinary job of covering his tracks. Later, Nathaniel was born in LaGrange Medical Center in Skyway City; his mother died during the birth, for reasons which are still unclear. As the son of two powerful mutants, Nathan was watched for the early years of his life, until the program ran out of money and shut down. He was then put into foster care.

Life before the Isles

How Nathan’s fortunes, and misfortunes shaped him in his early life.

Foster life

Nathan, at the age of five, was living in Kings Row with his foster parent. She was an elderly woman. Known to the kids as Ms. Cookie, for her superior ability to make cookies. He was living with two other children, Ashley, who was nine, and Brian who was eleven. They would spend the next five years together. In that time Nathan learned abuse, and bullying pretty well. Brian, when Ms. Cookie wasn’t around, nearly always abused Nathan and Ashley. Nathan gave the excuse that he was getting bullied at school, so Ms. Cookie took all three children out of school, and home-schooled them. This situation became much worse for Nathan.

With much more free time, Brian eventually joined the Skulls’ gang. At the age of ten Nathan’s life changed. Brian (16) decided to rape Ashley (14). Nathan was mortified, possibly even more than Ashley. The next day Hellions attacked their home. Ms. Cookie and Brain were slaughtered in Nathan and Ashley’s eyes. The two were sent to separate homes, were they wouldn’t meet again until years later.

The Family

Nathan’s new home was a timid one. The middle-aged woman in charge was a quiet person, she gave the three, including Nathan, children she cared for what they needed, but she was much to busy to keep an eye on all of them all the time. Nathan began to sprout his mutations earlier than most. He excelled in school. He loved it. He ran into a man, the very first person to believe in him, this man was a top ranking Family member. For the next few years Nathan would develop a strong bond with this gang. Nathan was the prodigy child, and he was good at what they made him do. Nathan, with his small share of the profit, changed himself. He developed biological nano-technology life within himself. It made him stronger, faster, and able to heal self-wounds more efficiently.

Nathan developed plans, strategies, blueprints, and much more for the Family. He made them a fortune to add to the already large one they had. Nathan at this young age was one of Paragon’s Most Wanted; however, Paragon didn’t know it was a child behind these plans. Nathan was ordered to go along with a robbery in one of Paragons most prestigious banks. The Freedom Phalanx stopped them. Nathan was sent to the Zig for psychological evaluation at fourteen.

The Rogue Isles

This is Nathan’s long history in the Isles, and his long ladder towards success.

Breaking the rules

Nathan spent a year of his life in the Zig. He was treated well, better than the foster homes he was in. He was protected from the other wild inmates, and one could say he was turning a new leaf. One night, close to the infamous day of the ‘Breakout’ Nathan was freed. Spending a quiet night in his room, the wall suddenly exploded. A woman was there, she told Nathan to come with her, and his instincts told him to do so. So he did. They spoke, then they hugged after finding out they were relatives. It was none other than Juliana Tilla, Nathan’s half sister.

This is where Nathan began his career in the Isles. Juliana was in a group of thugs called the Renegade Misfits-one of the best, if not the best, street gang in the Isles. All were welcomed, and Nathan surprisingly found; in a horrid place like the Isles, love. He and Juliana quickly bonded, her current boyfriend and husband to be Blake Cole was like a brother to Nathan. Nathan became a key member of the Misfits.

Friends and Devils

Nathan’s stay in the Misfits was filled with love, but also hate. Nathan had many friends that could be related to as family. Johnny Rockstar, who taught Nathan about ‘specific’ aspects of life. The Lady Immolatasia; who Nathan was once in love with; now seen as a mother to him, taught him everything he knows about magic. He became quite the student. Rapture; Nathan’s first love, taught him about relationships, as much as he taught her. She was a succubus-a demon, and he was a human, this erupted into a situation within the Misfits. Demons versus Humans. It was a Romeo and Juliet story line in the Isles. Torenous; Rapture’s older brother, hated Juliana, and this affected the young couple. The break up eventually came in a foul way; the two never were able to reach that passionate level in a special relationship.

The biggest enemy of Nathan was none other than, Noble. A cybernetic jackal. The two plotted, and battled, and destroyed. Nathan was jealous of his attention, and saw him for the monster he was, and Noble hated Nathan, and saw him for what he was. There is an Irony there. Another foe, and enemy in one was a man by the name of Lorenzo Giovanni. He trained, and beat Nathan. He was a mentor and a bully.

Spirited away

During Nathan’s stay at the Renegade Misfits he developed a strong addiction to a drug known as Silver, a very rare, expensive, deadly drug. He was at the edge of death. Not Juliana, nor Blake, no one could have helped him. He was losing his beloved Rapture until he pleaded for her help. The two performed a forbidden ritual-soul bonding. This ritual fortified their spiritual strengths. Rapture at the moment was caught in a mages trap, and was freed once they bonded. He gained small horns for a brief time, but was left scarred for life across the left side of his face. Where an apparent maroon star shaped mark lies always.

Nathan was now part demon-Incubi to be precise. He had not gained their mischievous powers, only their strength of will. Rapture had become stronger with Nathan’s spirit within her. Eventually, a few weeks after their breakup; which happened twice, Torenous ripped Rapture’s spirit from within him. However, this left stronger, and in a rare magical loophole. Which is why he cannot use, nor be affected by magical properties.

New start

The Renegade Misfits were quickly declining. After the leader left, and the next leader in line was thought dead, many left the group; however, new comers arrived. The group was a new one, which for the founding members was the worst situation. Noble and Nathan had patched things up, how? The story is far too long, but they were family now. After Noble left the Misfits to a new home, Nathan followed. They found their place in the newly formed, secret society: The Delphian Circle.

The Delphian Circle

After Nathan had made a small name for himself with the Renegade Misfits, his new goals were larger, and the Delphian Circle was the stepping-stone to success.

Early Arrival

Nathan and Noble were two of the earlier members of the Circle; after important members like: the founder, Kassandrian De Luca, Disobedient, The Irish-Fighter, The Grey Mace, Mr. Villain, Ghost Scream, and Cerebremancer. Noble and Nathan made an obvious rumble in the Circle as they were leaders to be. Nathan for the early part of his stay at the Circle was a quiet one. He spent most of his time in the library, or fixing things with his amazing intellect over technology. In the library he fell madly in love with Cerebremancer, also known as Kayliss. He related to her and her own struggles. The two did not start out friendly, but that soon changed.

Kayliss was a mind eater, per say. She enslaved Nathan, who agreed willingly to do so, no matter how much he denies it. This was another era in Nathan’s life, and he learned much from it. Months later as this relationship changed, Nathan broke out of her spell, and shot her, however, not accurately. Nathan was punished with a pain no one would ever feel, Dracy punished him, she made him feel all of the bullets fired in the history of the world simultaneously, and was not able to pass out. It was a pain like no other.

Making a name

Nathan made more friends after his punishment, whether out of pity, or just because he was now known. Irish-Fighter had already been like a father for him, and they grew closer. Ghost Scream, a popular girl in the Isles; through her caring, yet strong ways, befriended him. He had a crush on her, but trailed away from it as a friend of his, Sungazer; another member of the Circle, liked her as well. The two spoke about things teenagers would speak about. She made him feel normal. He was close to explaining his feelings to her, but she beat him to it. She asked him for advice, she loved Grey Mace, and so he helped her as best he could.

Nathan had befriended a cat that spent all of its time in the base of the Circle-just as he did. However, Nathan did not know this cat was a cursed girl-Feliney Kitten AKA, Felicity Parks. After Nathan’s punishment he went mute, from psychological effects. The two spent much time together, and she was the reason Nathan was able to speak again weeks later. The two fell in love, a natural, young love. They spent nearly all of their time together, and went deeper into their relationship, creating a mind-bond between each other, and a passionate love. The two were ready for marriage, but Nathan’s destiny called.

Destiny Calls

Nathan, out of lust, in a time filled with turmoil for him, cheated on her. The Delphian Circle was undergoing a civil war, a war with the Youth League-where he had to deal with Volo and company, and another war against Kassandrian’s new group the Circle Syndicate-where he had to deal with the possibly more conniving Shade Nefarious, all the while Nathan had to deal with his own personal demons. Sureshock Serenity was the woman he fell for; there relationship was passionate, but short. After Serenity cheated on Nathan, a humorous way of karma, Nathan decided to do some soul searching. He traveled to a place where time and pace did not exist. It is unknown where this place is. Nathan returned after three days, he was several years older.

Nathan is now somewhere between his early twenties to mid twenties. This is where his change of behavior occurred; he is not smarter, but calmer. Which in turn helps him to use his gifts more efficiently. After his return it seemed that fortune smiled upon him. Things began to fall into place for him. A previous project; The Oracle Device-able to tell the future, was his new obsession. It worked, and it didn’t. The power of the device was transferred to another, but the device itself was destroyed. Nathan uses this person for his own goals.

After this obsession was ruined, he moved on. He wished to use the device to help him seek his absolute goal, but he’d have to do things the hard way. He was later named the leader of the Delphian Circle, when Noble, the current leader than, stepped down. Nathan made the Circle into a business. It was a new Black-market, operating from within other groups. It lasted, and was gaining in popularity until Nathan disappeared.
