Mother Of the Legend

The Egyptian Gods, at the beginning of the eighteenth Dynasty, agreed that the lands of Egypt had suffered long enough and decided that a time of peace and wealth should settle over the land. In this desire, one of the gods spoke and brought forth her gift to enact this time of prosperity. Isis, mother of the great lands, gave her two most devout priestesses to the will of Egypt, Nathifa and Nailah, twins born to the priesthood of Isis and destined to alter course of Egypt. Nathifa’s destiny was to become Hatshepsut, the female Pharaoh of the Eighteenth Dynasty. However her sister was chosen to watch over the tears of Geb, a bowl of divine clay used to capture the tears of Geb. This was Geb’s contribution to the era of prosperity and with it the lands and valleys of Egypt flourished as oasis after oasis bloomed from Somalia to the Mediterranean.

Nailah was unlike her sister in many ways. Her heart was pure, her conscience just and beauty much like the goddess she so devoutly worshipped. Nailah was vigilant in her duties over the Tears of Geb, so much so that the God himself visited her in secret to observe. Geb was so moved by her devotion he began to visit the temple regularly guised as a local farmer, just to spend time talking with Nailah. The connection between the two grew through the years and Nailah was attracted to the mans company and drew a great understanding from his seemingly limitless wisdom.

During the long nights of conversation and debate, Geb learned that Nailah longed for a child of her own in which to pass on her wisdom and hopes for a better tomorrow. Yet the sacraments she had undertaken to her goddess forbade copulation with a man, without leaving her duties. Yet before Geb could speak with Isis about Nailah, the temple in the valley of Amun was attacked.

The attack was launched by the Atenites, a sect of cultists devoted to the false god Aten. They hoped to glean the Tears of Geb, and thus gain control of the Valley of Amun. This combined with a strong military would allow the rising priest king Amenhotep IV to assume control from the current pharaoh. The assault of the temple was merciless and all of the warriors assigned to protect the Bowl were slaughtered. Only Nailah and the farmer guise of Geb remained. When they violated the inner sanctum they threatened the priestess with murder and worse if she did not release the tears of Geb. Angered by the sheer audacity of the cultist and moved by Nailahs defiance Geb revealed himself and slew the heretics for their insolent actions.

Nailah was stunned unable to speak or even lift her head from the floor , sat in silence in the gods presence . When he spoke to her she trembled , and his eyes softened and his voice was as the farmer when he spoke " Oh great and wise Priestess of Mother Isis , who do you so tremble before me now? When we have dwelled late into the night in conversation and debate.?" Nailah lifted her head slightly her eyes were still transfixed to the floor " I am unworthy of such honor or lord of the Oasis's .. I would not presume to overestimate my worth.." Geb smiled at the grace yet still Nailah displayed ."Rise oh gracious and wise daughter of Isis .. We have much to discuss and while we tend these heretics of the old ways.." They did clean and repair the Temple in the weeks that followed .. The lone Priestess and a simple farmer .

It was late in the eve of a long summer day , when it appeared the last of the repairs were done . Nailah looked to Geb , and said .. "We have finished my Lord , there is nothing left to do .. The temple is as majestic as it ever was . It is a quiet an tranquil place, much like the oasis's it births .. I am grateful ..but" Her eyes lowered . Gebs stopped and turned to her his eyes resting upon the shell that housed so noble a spirit . " Nailah , you feel that i am leaving you and you fear being alone . Yet fear not daughter of Isis , i shall not leave you alone in these halls.. " Nailah lifted her head suddenly, but she was too late for Geb had already departed .

Stolen Life

In the heart of Kilimanjaro in what would someday be named the Ngurdoto crater . Lay the heart of the world the Cradle of Life, the resting place of GAIA the Titan of the Earth and the mother of all that is now . It was to the edges of this sacred place that Geb stole to , creeping past the Will of the Earth . Servants of Gaia and guardians of the holy soil in which the Earth Mother lay sleeping . Geb crept to the edge of the resting ground and pulled a sack woven of camel hair and the blood of Osirus . He placed the sac in his teeth and grabbed three handfuls of soil and dropped them in the bag . As he turned to go a voice echoed thru the still valley " Geb Son of Egypt and Governor of Vegetation . Do you creep up on my breast and steal portions of my flesh ?" He froze, for only the Titan Mother would know him . For long moments he stood un moving , Seasons changed about him as time passed . The again he moved creeping silently , the voice came a second time " Geb Son of Egypt and lord over the stones and vegetation .. I say to you again , dare you creep upon my breast and steal my flesh as some wonton thief!" Geb sighed and turned his face to the ground " Oh Mother of all that is fertile and great with in the confines of your domain. I do come o you and take flesh to bring life to a noble woman indeed . Will you allow my foolish actions to continue ? Knowing I am only looking to serve the children of Egypt.." The Earth rumbled and the breast of GAIA spit forth ash and molten rocks . " Dare you lie to me Son of Shu , Son of Tefnut.. I know your actions and I know all that transpires upon my flesh and you serve your self.. An the needs of the Mortal woman that cottles your favor !! Go then liar , Son of Shu .. I will warn you know.. The bounty of Egypt will perish for this transgression .. The Era of prosperity nears its end ." The voice grew silent and the ash subsided ..Geb looked about in fear , then stole back to the Temple of Amun .

Born From Tears and Stone

Once he returned to the temple Geb found Nailah deep in prayer. He waited in silence until she rose . He stood on the center of her room holding the sac in his hand." Daughter of Isis i come before you ashamed and unworthy of your grace.. You a mortal shame me a divine son of egypt , with your pious nature .." He hung his head and wept quietly. Nailah moved and caught the tears in her hands and spoke softly in his ear " No , good farmer .. We the children of Egypt are but reflections of those whose will created us . We are reflections of you ," Geb stopped weeping and shook his head " You are truly a gift to us all. " Lifting the sack between then he spoke. " i bring you a answer to your desires and a acclamation to your fears .I bring you a son " Nailah stepped back and look at Geb then the sac " Good farmer ,I am grateful to all that we are .. But my duty and oath to the mother Isis is first and foremost . Despite my own desires . " Geb smiled and nodded , before sitting cross legged on the floor. " This i know . Good Priestess .. But I offer you a blessing " Geb poured the soil on the floor and motioned Nailah closer. " pour the tears from you hand upon this soil and let us sculpt together a child worthy of you." Nailah looked confused but did as she was asked . She glanced down at the collected pool in her hands and glimpsed Isis visage briefly smiling at her . Nailah moved and poured the tears on the soil , careful to saturate the soil . Geb then encompassed her hands and they began to sculpt . The light of the Thoth shone down upon the two, as Nailah sat in Gebs lap and sculpted the soil . The soil almost seemed alive beneath their fingers , pulsing with warmth . The silence lasted for some time as they worked the clay into the form of a baby. It was Geb who spoke first breaking the silence, his voice low and gentle ." To this child I hope for the wisdom of of the Seasons, so that he may learns swiftly as each season is upon him " Nailah smiles and shaped his face before she spoke " I hope for him to be as Handsome as the the desert oasis , that his visage is welcome sight to any who see him " Geb chuckled and smoothed his arms. " My hopes for the strength of the Earth , so that no obstacle is too much for him to over come ." She laughed as it seemed no matter if he were man or divine being . All males wanted strong sons." I see , well perhaps he should have tolerance of the niles reeds . Bending in the face of adversity , yet not breaking ." Geb snorted and patted the soil sculptures chest firmly " So be it, but he will be as resilient as the stones of ages. Letting those that challenge him, crest and break upon his shore " Nailah could not hold back the laughter and lifted the small child sculpture in front of them held high ." Let him travel upon the winds like the leaves of the seasons, ever seeking ever finding." She kissed him and held the sculpture close to her. Geb rose and moved to the Tears of his name sake and lifted it , bringing it over to Nailah and the sculpture. Nailah looked at the Geb and removed her ceremonial knife and slit her left thumb and drew a holy symbol of Isis upon his brow " May he draw from my flesh and bone . To gain the heart of man in all its triumphs and sorrows " He clasped his hands over Nailah's and guided then to place the sculpture in the bowl submersing it. As he spoke his eyes grew dark and the room shook under the thunder of his voice. " Let him be chosen by the Sun , as the warrior and protector of the temple of Amun upon the his eighteenth season . I invoke the name of RA to make it so!! " The room filled with intense heat and a blinding light , And then the cries of a baby broke the stillness Osahar was born.

The Growth Of a Champion

The years that followed for Nailah and Osahar were a tranquil time . The Era of prosperity seemed to have no end , the rule of Hatshepsut was just and the people flourished . The actual history of Osahar is shrouded in mystery. During his childhood. It is believed he studied in the halls of the temple, under his mothers watchful eye. Different scholars and philosophers recant amazing debates with a incredibly gifted child upon visits to the Temple of Amun. Art, Strategy , Politics and Religion were topics they recall him having amazingly wise insight into . The specific details of what he learned and how he learned are lost to his history . However it is known that some of the finest scholars, and warriors of Egypt ,Persia . Did visit the Temple of Amun during the eighteenth dynasty . Geb was never far from the the temple , although he limited his presence in Nailah's life during Osahars growth and childhood . Both to avoid confusion about his birth and who he was , as well as to protect him from the darkness that loomed over Gebs head from Gaia.It was during the summer of his fourteenth season that Geb approached the temple and found Osahar reading in the the courtyard . He wrapped himself in a powerful illusion and bade Osahar to help him inside . The boy looked up and spoke his voice clear yet strong , It reminded Geb of sound of wind thu the treetops before a storm. " Welcome to the temple of Amun , traveler . I am Osahar son of the High priestess . How may I serve you ?" Osahar stood and leaned against the pillar on the veranda . Geb call out in the voice of a old man ." Help me young one, I come seeking the aid of the High priestess . My body is worn with time and I am weary in my travels . Osahar looked at the man and smiled he tilted his head as i drinking the sight of the man in . Then smiled again and simply replied ."No" Geb was stunned, he could not believe that Osahar would refuse to help someone into the temple ,Much less an old traveler . " Boy have you no respect ?! Or did the High priestess forsake your upbringing? You will help me , for i am old and weary ." His voice commanding a bit more respect from Osahar . The boy chuckled and simply replied again" No" Geb was furious, his eyes flashed and his joints popped , yet he remained in his form and asked Osahar once more before he delivered his wrath upon the arrogant child . This time Osahar's face changed and his stance shifted from a passive stance to a aggressive one . "Twice I have humored your request old man, And twice I have refused ." Osahar narrowed his amber eyes and spoke lowly ." I know you are not what you appear to be old man.. I smell no decay in your bones , and i hear no groan of your jonts as you move . An I see no tracks beyond the outside of the gate that has lead you hear . So I will alllow you no closer if deception is your how you come to the Temple of Amun." Geb stood in stunned silence for what seemed like minutes . He laughed and pulled the illusion from his face. Osahar stood watching unsure what we was witnessing . A look of shock spread across his face as he looked upon the flawless features of GEB . He dropped to his knees and looked upon the ground . His voice was trembling "I humble ask that you spare my mother oh great lord of the Earth , as she has rasied a woeful and insolent son , who knows not how to show proper respect " Geb placed a loving hand on the boys shoulder and spoke " Woeful ? I would say no .. You saw thru my deception and sought only to protect the Temple and your Mother .. You are gifted beyond my hopes Osahar, I am honored to find you so brave a man . I will see you again upon your Eighteenth Season , to bestow your final gift ." Osahar lifted his headed to ask what the God meant , but he found only himself in the court yard . The words of GEB would haunt him for years to come , but alas he would never see his Eighteenth Season .

The Fall Of a Son of Egypt

[Coming Soon]

Powers and Abilities

Osahar's body is a mystical creation made from the soil located in the Cradle of Life. Through divine means, a disembodied soul was nurtured in and retrieved from the Night Lands of Egypt.Once the soul was placed into the body and blessed by RA it immediately came to life.

The Strength Of Earth-Osahar is literally as strong as the Earth because of his link to the planet granted to him by Geb. He is quite possibly capable of lifting anything on earth. It is obvious his strength is magical in nature, given his height and weight. Before having to push himself Osahar's strength is sufficient enough for him to lift 15 tons.

The Protection of the Mountains -Osahar's skin grants him a high degree of resistance to injury via skin that is as strong as titanium and can resist high caliber bullets, puncture wounds, corrosives, and extreme temperatures and pressures without sustaining damage. Despite this, it is still possible to cause him injury. For example, it is possible to injure him with Impervum weapons. However, it has been shown that the supernatural fangs of a vampire are not able to pierce his skin.although in the event of required surgery his skin can be lacerated by an overpowered medical laser. He can withstand up to one-ton impacts or blasts of 150 pounds of TNT without serious injury, and is highly resistant to extreme temperatures and electrical shocks. He has withstood impacts from superhumans a good deal stronger stronger than he, destructive energy attacks including electricity, and falls from great heights such as ninety story high skyscrapers.A by product of this gift is Osahar's muscles generate less fatigue toxins than the muscles of ordinary humans, granting him superhuman stamina. He can exert himself at peak capacity for about 8 hours before fatigue begins to affect him.

Season of the Phoenix Enhanced Healing: Granted by Geb ( A God of the Earth). Like the Earth, Osahar is constantly renewing himself, allowing him to quickly heal. In cases where he was gravely injured or poisoned, Osahar showed the ability to physically merge with the earth, causing whatever injuries or poisons to be expelled from his body as it regains shape.

Winds of Isis- Granted by his birth,Osahar can also mystically fly through the atmosphere through sheer act of will, enabling him to soar through the atmosphere at sub-orbital levels and travel across the planet. He is Theoretically capable of leaving the earth of his own power and can hence reach speeds of escape velocity. He is immune from the effects of extreme height, such as dizziness and lightheadedness. , and is still a relatively capable aerial combatant as well.

The Eye of the Beast-Osahar Possess reflex abilities somewhere in the range of 15 to 20 times normal human reflexes with little concentration.

Wisdom Of the Seasons-Osahar is one of the finest warrior ever born In Egypt. He is highly skilled in armed and unarmed combat, proficient with nearly every weapon ever made.He has proven to be very good at speaking positively, truthfully, and charismatically in front of large audiences. His innate nobility has earned him the respect and friendship from a good number of different persons.Osahar is also an accomplished strategist and tactician, trained in the arts of leadership, persuasion and diplomacy, and possesses a great deal of courage as well.

WEAKNESSES

Build Disadvantage: Osahar really doesn't have any true weaknesses or an attack that he is automatically vulnerable to, however it is interesting to note that his height and weight make him vulnerable to perhaps a few attacks that cannot be dodged or blocked and that potentially move him from location to location. But this is common among any "normal" sized super-being. So, being of simular size to Osahar . Repulsion technology might be an efficient means of attacking and partially subdueing him since he cannot block area effect attacks and him true height and weight are independent of his strength.

Piercing Weapon Vulnerability: Osahar is extremely durable and has a vast tolerance for pain. However, he is some-what vulnerable to Knives and swords of a magical nature, as well as the attacker, will only cause minor pain and maybe, a minor, temporary cut. If the weapon is of sufficient strength to harm a goddling , then it can most assuredly harm or kill Osahar

Energy Vulnerability: His vulnerable to extremely high electrical and energy attacks when caught off guard. On rare occasions, she has been subdued by powerful attacks from opponents. Also, due to his strength, speed, and durability, freezing and fire attacks are useless against him.
