Trained marksman
As befitting her former profession, Soon-Yi is highly trained in the use of both long- and short-range firearms, matching most nations special-forces in skill.
This abillity has been further enhanced by her cybernetic limbs, allowing her to absorb and ignore recoil that would shatter the bones of a normal human, without ever moving the sight from her target. Likewise her cybernetic eye gives her constant updates on wind and weather conditions in the area, allowing her to work alone at distances where one would usually require a teammate to act as a spotter.
Martial arts
While she prefers not to use it, as the weight difference of the replaced limbs makes the required movements more challenging, Soon-Yi is trained to a moderate degree in Taekwondo.
Cybernetics
On her downtime in between assignements, Soon-Yi devoted her life to designing and building custom-made cybernetics for whoever could afford them. While most where just mildly advanced prostheses sold to local hospitals. The occasional vengefull civilian or wounded villain came to her directly, requiering more advanced equipment.
As her assasination jobs became more high profile, she from time to time suffered damage while removing particularely risky targets. Not wanting to come under suspicion, she treated whatever wounds she could herself, and gradually replaced any larger damage with her own cybernetics.
These personal replacements was designed using an untested method. To improve reaction time and fluidity, these cybernetic limbs were conected directly to her nervous-system, rather than being controlled by virtue of an implant under the skull. While it had the desired result, the connections also caused her to be in constant pain. Due to this she for a while developed a mild addiction to painkillers, before resorting to meditation and breathing-exersizes to keep it under controll.
