Personality
Spectralina, for the most part, finds it hard to connect to others. Things in her past almost seem to.. hold her back at times. And indeed, she has secrets from her current life she keeps to herself. She does want to reach out to others, to try and make the bonds of friendship, but far to often she finds herself holding back. In battle, she does her best to maintain a calm and almost emotionless demeanor. But her passion often shows through with her very movements, with the energy she puts into each and every battle. Her true strength shows when others are involved, in any aspect of her life. Whether her mission is just to help a fell superpowered being out, protecting others, or being part of a task force to take down the baddies, there is nothing she isn't willing to sacrifice to complete her mission. More than once she has acted far to wrecklessly for her teammates' comfort. Sometimes in her missions, it almost seems as if she's asking to be hurt, or worse.
Powers
Spectralina's powers are based on the metaphysical. She has the ability to draw upon the minds of those around her and manipulate their perceptions. Making them see (or feel, if the illusion is strong enough) whatever she desires. These powers are usually used for subduing her foes for arrest, but there has been very few times where she has gone farther than just subduing someone. She also has limited control over the element of the air, though this isn't nearly as strong as her illusion powers. Most think it's just a side effect. Her illusion powers have evolved to the point she can now create illusionary 'beings' to fight along side her. She doesn't have the strength to maintain their forms for more than a few minutes, but they are reliable decoys when she finds herself outnumbered (which is alot). Though there is one physical manifestation of her power that she has yet to find a time limit for. That is, she can maintain it indefinately. She calls it her 'Phantasm', and it fights along side her much as her decoys will. But unlike her decoys, it seems able to stay with her after a successful battle.

History
Her mother was a mutant born the ability to control mystic energies. When Minako was born, her mother immediately ‘enchanting’ the child to give her similar abilities. It didn’t work out as her mother thought it might. When she was 8, her powers manifested fully, and like a child she sought only to play with these new toys. In the process, accidentally torturing those around her. She was found by a woman who went by the codename Betty-Battler, and she become her sidekick, taking the name Sparkler. Betty-Battler was part of a superhero group, calling themselves the Titans Of Justice. She trained hard alongside her new allies, until she was ready to actually go on missions with them. Betty Battler, Savage-Seer, BomBlast, Tomb, Verbatim and Captain Galaxos were the other members of the Titans of Justice, and they all saw the younger girl as part of their own family. The team met an unfortunate (and mysterious) demise, and she disappeared for many years. To this day, no one is 100% sure as to what happened to the team of heroes, and why the Sparkler was the only one saved. And now.. she has re-emerged, taking the codename Spectralina.
