Character Bio

Born in a small rural village in Japan, Tzun's mother and father were both mutants. He lived in the village until he was six, when his mother died giving birth to his sister, Kyra. He moved to Paragon City with his father, Junin, and his sister. When Kyra was old enough, Junin sent her to a private school to be safe from the various thugs of Paragon. However, Junin disappeared when Tzun was fourteen, leaving him to pursue less legal methods of staying alive.

Tzun began to wander around the more dangerous areas of Paragon City, using his electrical powers to defend himself until Frostfire of the Outcasts noticed his powers and recruited him. He quickly rose through the ranks, gaining the nickname of Powersurge. His powers were so great that he eventually outranked Frostfire in the eyes of some Outcasts, becoming the leader of a small sect. The conflict between the divided gang members came to a head when Tzun was lured into a trap by Frost, and subdued by Longbow.

He was sent to the Zig for a fifteen year sentence, where he made a name for himself as one of the most dangerous brawlers in the prison, using his sheer power and brutality to discourage anyone who challenged him. After six months he was broken out by Arachnos to become one of their Destined. Seeing Arachnos as oppressors and tyrants, Tzun refused, and settled into a life as a powered criminal.

Tzun works as a bouncer at the Hangman's Roadhouse, and also owns and runs Vigilante Choppers, a garage in Cap Au Diable where he build bikes out of any parts he can legally or illegally get his hands on.

Vigilante Choppers

Vigilante Choppers is a custom motorcycle garage owned, run and managed by Tzun. With any materials at his disposal, Tzun builds custom bikes for clients who are willing to pay an extra few thousand dollars for the quality, durability and speed of one of Tzun's bikes.

Located on the outskirts of Aeon City, all you have to do to find Vigilante Choppers is to listen for deafeningly loud music, and look for a garage with the letters V.C spray painted over it in red paint.

Amanda Webb - Former colleague. Tzun has a great respect for her, for unknown reasons.

Charged Wolf - Although Tzun thinks that Lance can be a bit dim, he's still his brother, and they watch out for each other.

Glass Outcast - Tzun has a deep respect for Jeff, and he makes damn good coffee.

Praha Carson - The woman who owns Tzun's heart.

Steelsoul - Tzun's best friend, and kindred spirit. He was sad to see Mike go, but still stays in contact with him.

Lady Equilibria - A long time friend of Tzun's. He enjoys the time he gets to spend with her, and often asks her for advice.

Lt. Eatherage - ... Friends? Due to Eather's ego, and Tzun's macho attitude, they're barely on speaking terms.

Tzun was born with the ability to generate and control large amounts of electricity. He has since learned better control of his ability, allowing him new uses for it, such as accelerated speed.
