Vlad the Hunter Is a male super villian created by @Tyger213. He is the Nemisis of Jolt Jackson. Made with influences of many bounty hunters. He's the mortal enemy of Jolt Jackson. He is a natural/assault rifle/traps Corruptor.... (more to come just starting out)

History
Young Vlad
Born on a far off planet, Vlad's childhood was as any normal single child was. He grew up happy, he loved his parents, and was a striaght A Student. When people talked about Vlad they say "Anything Vald wanted in the universe, He could get it." The natural ability for all of his species is to bind the light aroun them to make them invisible they use this ability to hide from their eneimies...
Vald had a nack at finding people. The local kid used to play manhunt with Vlad but hegotten so good that they just gave up. Vald's skills of finding people was so well that whenever any thing went missing vlad was always the first to find it....
Vlad's life was perfect until one day His family was out shopping when two heroes from the UPSF, or the United Planets Security Forces, showed up. Their names were Psimerald and Jolt Jackson. They were looking for to find a a villain that escaped from the UNPS headquarters. Jo;t had just joined up with the super group but due to his years working on earth and being the face man for the government heroes, he was extremly cocky.Psimerald was put head of the mission butJolt acted like he was head. they were asking every ine if they had saw the villian in any where near there. They even put out flyers so that everyone could know his face. Vlad laugh to himself and thought that they were going at it the wrong way until someone spotted the villain coming out of the store. Natuarlly evey one turned invisible. Vlad's parents was just about to do the same but the guy got vlads mom and his dad came out of hiding. Having a hostage, the villian gave out demands. Psimerald was trying to go about it BY UNPS code, but Jolt wanted to do things his way.
"don't worry," stated Jolt as he walked up close to the guy,"I've delt with these types before. They're all bark and no bite."
Psimerald, "No Jolt, He a rank 3 villain. he's ..."
"I got this," Interrupted Jolt as he moved even closer.
At this time the Villian got antsy and warned Jolt to stay back, but Jolt just kept coming. Closer and closer Jolt moved in monologging, telling the guy that Jolt knew that he wouldn't shoot. The villain not being taken seriously took the gun to Vlad mother's head, she let a screech and Vlad's dad ran up to him, forgetting his safty precaution, and got shot. jolt was shocked to see that his prediction was wrong and was spaced out as the villain took the gun and shot Vlad's mom. Psimerald shot a psychic blast tearing the Villain's mind to shreds. Vlad was in tears and he knew that it was Jolt fault the his parents died. After the accident Psimerald barked at Jolt and flew away. Jolt tried to talk to Vlad, but he could find the words to express how sorry he was.
Vlad Noticed Jolt walking up to him, "Get away from me! This is all your fault, I swear I will have my Revenge! I will kill you," He yelled with his eyes filled with hate!
After That Vlad was sent to the police station, had his papers filled out; as the law of the planet; and was sold the next month as a slave. For years Vlad was in a living hell. Depried of food and forced to work doing anything moving from farming, to mining, and to hunting. Eventually he was broken, any bit of morals he had was gone. he had no aligence to any other slaves, and didn't want to befriend any one, and he stab any one in the back to get what he want. One day a boy tried to escape, vlad ran him down a brought him back bound and gagged, from then on he became a slave hunter.
Vald the Slave Hunter
On the property of Geltcher Promenz, alot of his slaves ran awa. so he appointed a number of them to hunt them down and bring them back, and the price fro doing this was freedom. After a certain number of lsaves were recaptured Geltcher gives them a ceremony to commend the years of service and the award was the brekingof their chains and being set free to do what ever thay want. These guy were feared by the other slaves and was sepperated by scars, all of them had the same pattern to identfy whos slave hunter's were whom. The hunters for Geltcher were also given capes as well as the scars to identfy them.
The hunters had to work just as hard as the other slaves did, but after the day ended they were all sent tothe same hut. There was about 15 hunters, all males, all different races. when a slve decide to run, Geltcher busts the door open and...
Appearance
Vlad is 6'3 and weighs about 259 lbs. His hair is black, his eyes are white, and His skin is dark, could be mistaken as black. The markings that covers his body are scars to mark that he was a slave tracker. Most of the time he wears a flack jacket, buckled leather pants, and a pair of stealth boots. Under his flack jacket are the chains he wore, to remind him of the pain and torment that Jolt got him into. When he gets in to a scrape with a bounty head the is "involnerable" he don on his power suit. Its able to withstand the weight of 2 frieghtliners and the force of a nuke. of course putting it that type of situation damages it extremely.
Personality
Vlad is normally quiet only caring about the bounty head. Whenever he rarely teams up with others, he help them out only when it seems more than he can handle alone. He's always ready for the next target knowing that each one gets him closeer to finding Jolt. Do to his time being a slave tracker, he always keeps an eye on each and every one he works with. Knowing that some of them might have bounty on their heads also.
