Warwyck comes to the City of Heroes as a port from a tabletop World of Darkness game. She enters this world as a wayward mage, looking for friends and a purpose.

History
Siobhan is the great, great, etc. granddaughter of Dr. Samantha Thomas, the Vampire Seneschal of Chicago. She was raised in the Scottish city of Coldstream until Dr. Thomas learned of the girl’s heritage. At that point, arrangements were made for the Earl of Warwick, Dr. Thomas’ mentor and sire, to care for Siobhan in a recreated medieval village near Warwick, England. Lord Warwick officially adopted Siobhan and she carries the hereditary title of Viscountess of Warwick although she rarely mentions it. Siobhan still speaks with a thick Scottish accent.
Siobhan lived in the village as a blacksmith, developing a love of history and a fondness for historical recreations. She’s “served” in a variety of recreated campaigns including a massive staging of Napoleon’s last battle at Waterloo. She also developed considerable skill with a broadsword, winning many tournaments throughout the continent.
A near death experience while visiting her grandmother in San Francisco awoken her avatar and imbued her with the power to practice magic. Awoken, Siobhan returned to England to study with two mystic houses. Lack of self-discipline and a refusal to disassociate herself with her vampire “family” led to Shiv’s dismissal from both orders.
Siobhan then served as her grandmother’s bodyguard in Chicago. She grew more and more uncomfortable with the duties required of her and the manipulative and intolerant nature of vampires as time progressed. With her grandmother’s permission, Shiv settled in Paragon City with a desire to try life on her own.
Throughout her 20 some years, Siobhan has grown up in an atmosphere of manipulation, corruption, and intolerance. She has come to Paragon City to free herself of those elements; to discover her true character free of the influence of her Grandfather, Grandmother, and their cronies.
She also hopes to improve her magical abilities and swordsmanship, and perhaps establish a romantic relationship outside the eyes of her family.
Powers and Abilities
Arcane Knowledge
A student of two mystic orders, Siobhan has learned a number of utility spells and cultivated a knowledge of magic. As such, she recognizes most magical glyphs and other writings as such and can usually recognize when magic is in use in the area.
Broadsword
Siobhan began training with sword shortly after she began to walk. Before awakening, Siobhan captured championships from most medieval faires across Europe and in secret competitions arranged by her vampire family. Since awakening, Siobhan has applied her knowledge of mystic forces to enhance her swordplay, improving accuracy and damage. She no longer competes, save for the tournament of reality played out on Paragon's streets.
Blacksmithing
Siobhan served as a blacksmith for the Village of Warwick. She crafts her own swords and a variety of other trinkets and tools.
Life Magic
Before leaving the UK for The States, Siobhan studied under a coven of witches. During this time, she mastered control of certain body functions providing her with improved stamina and the ability to regenerate her health. This life magic also extends her powers detect life and the undead.
Shiv has begun to experiment with using magic to alter her body. She's successfully grown a tail and changed the shape and length of her tongue. She hope to grow wings one day and not rely on loans from fairies.
Herbalism
As part of her life with the coven, Siobhan learned a great deal of herb lore. He can construct potions for a variety of purposes, from curing a tummy ache to providing a needed burst of energy.

Updating
Trivia and Established Facts
- A powerful Nosferatu named Jacek guards Siobhan at her grandmother's request. He spend the evenings in her flat whenever possible. The two do not care for each other.
- Siobhan recently acquired a personal assistant, on loan from Dr. Thomas' retinue. Tristan D'Accord manages Shiv's considerable fortune, performs minor housekeeping tasks, all while gathering intelligence for Dr. Thomas.
- Siobhan crafts her own swords in a smithy atop her apartment building. She has made a number of trinkets and armor for other team members, as well.
