Supergroup: Thralldom Phalange
Personality
Deadly serious at all times, it would also appear that any other recognizable personality traits were diminished further during his upgrading and replacement operations.
Although Mayor Malicious is a member of the group called the Thralldom Phalange he does not "mingle" with the rest of its core members, in fact the only consort he has is with another member he brought into the fold with him called Governess Gloom.
Powers
Originally a magic based hero named Mayor Marvelous, once a Legacy Chain member and a former Mayor of New York City, Malicious was the leader of a group called the Heroarchy. It was during a confrontation with Dr. Vahzilok that this former hero was seriously injured by a large gas explosion in the sewers below Baumtown, since his body was never found in the rubble afterwards his colleagues had thought that he had perished and what remained had been carried off by the Vahzilok.
In fact his body had been retrieved by Crey Industries scientists connected to the Hero Revenant Program, they sought to use his memories and powers for their own purposes. It was fortunate then that one of Crey's other finds who hadn't quite expired yet managed to get loose and began to destroy the lab, seizing upon this opening Marvelous escaped hijacking a truck that was parked outside and was pleased to find that the truck hadn't been unloaded yet as he would soon need the various technological components so that he could rebuild his broken body.
Summon Robots
Utilizing stolen tech from both the Council and the Arachnos; Mayor Malicious has been able to construct a small army of deadly robot servants armed with pulse cannons which he directly controls via a neural uplink, however the strain on his neural pathways prevent him from controlling more than six at any one time.
Force Fields
Using technology acquired from the Rikti he has been able to recreate the Force Field powers he had once commanded when he was a hero which he had lost when Crey were experimenting on him, though not as effective as his original powers the Force Field generators have proved more than worth the resources and effort it took to construct them.
Robotic Body Replacements, Life Support Systems & Pulse Rifle
Mayor Malicious has replaced over 35% of his body with cybernetic facsimiles, mainly damaged organs and tissue like his eyes and vocal cords. Contained within his armored survival suit are his life support systems, these are responsible for regenerating any tissue degradation caused by physical injuries sustained during combat. Although hardly ever used, Mayor Malicious still keeps with him an enhanced Pulse Rifle which he uses when necessary to pick off enemies who try to flee from combat.
Flight
So far his flight capabilities have used small amounts of antigravity plating in his boots to allow him to travel great distances, though he hopes to change this method in the future with more effective energy based rocket thrusters.
