Overview
Introduced in February of 2012, the Human Engineered Nano-Cybernetic Hybrids, or H.E.N.C.H. Men, make up the official army of United Underworld. Comprised of clones outfitted with cybernetic enhancements and armed with advanced weaponry, their function is to carry out menial duties unworthy of the typical United Underworld villain as a strategic military force.
Background
The majority of the H.E.N.C.H. Men project was carried out behind the scenes by people and facilities employed by secret benefactor A. Nonymous. Their creation was finalized with the forced compliance of three "specialists" captured by the villains, including a Freakshow technician by the name of Fixx0r, the erstwhile Crey scientist known as Dr. Quatrexin, now calling himself White Scorpion, and a high-ranking Malta operative known only by the code name Black Bird. The combined knowledge and experience of these three minds, coupled with special parts and stolen weapons, gave rise to United Underworld's army of expendable clones.

Minion Cutter
The Human Engineered Nanotech Cyborg Hybrids, or H.E.N.C.H. men, were created to fight and serve on behalf of their United Underworld masters. Although they are the weakest in rank, the Minion class soldier is still a formidable combatant.

Hack Melee, Lethal, Minor Damage, Foe -Defense (All)Performs a quick slash with a katana.
Shuriken Ranged, Lethal, Minor DamageA classic small throwing weapon.
Slice Melee, Lethal, Moderate Damage, Foe -Defense (All)Swings a katana in a wide arc, slicing multiple foes.
Build Up Self +Damage, +To-HitGreatly increases the amount of damage dealt for a few seconds, as well as slightly increasing the chance to hit.
Parry Melee, Lethal, Minor Damage, Self +Defense (Lethal, Melee)Uses a katana to parry incoming melee attacks, and then quickly return the favor.
Fast Healing Auto: Self +Regeneration, +Resistance (Regeneration Debuff)Heals Hit Points at a faster rate than normal. This power is always on.
Reconstruction Self Heal, +Resistance (Toxic)Through perfect control of the body, a Minion can concentrate for a few moments and heal itself.
Quick Recovery Auto: Self +RecoveryRecovers Endurance at a faster rate than normal. This power is always on.
Minion Gunner

Burst Ranged Lethal, Moderate Damage, Foe -DefenseQuickly fires a Burst of rounds at a single target at long range.
Slug Ranged Lethal, High Damage, Foe KnockdownFires a single Slug at a targeted foe.
Buckshot Ranged Lethal, Moderate Damage, Foe KnockdownGood at close range. Fires a cone of Buckshot pellets and can knock some foes down.
M30 Grenade Ranged Lethal/Smashing, Moderate Damage (Targeted Area of Effect), Foe KnockdownLaunches a Grenade at long range. This explosion affects all within the blast radius.
Flamethrower Ranged (Cone), Extreme Damage over Time (Fire)Spews forth a cone of flames, setting foes on fire. Very accurate and very deadly at medium range.
Ignite Ranged (Location Area of Effect), Moderate Damage over Time (Fire)Sprays a targeted location with accelerant, igniting the location. Any foes that pass through the flames will be burned.

Single Shot Ranged Lethal/Special, Minor DamageQuickly fires a round from an automatic pistol.
Double Shot Ranged Lethal/Special, Moderate Damage, Foe Knockback/SpecialFires both pistols in rapid succession at its desired target. The target may get knocked down by the force of the impact.
Empty Clips Ranged (Cone) Lethal/Special, Moderate Damage, Foe -Defense, Foe Knockback/SpecialEmpties the clips of both pistols in an arc of suppression fire. This attack can blast multiple foes in the affected cone area, and has a small chance of knocking some foes down.
Ammo Swap Change Secondary Damage/EffectsAllows Minion to switch between Cryo Ammunition, Incendiary Ammunition and Chemical Ammunition.
Bullet Storm Ranged (TAoE), Moderate Damage (Lethal), Foe Knockback/SpecialFires pistols faster than the human eye can follow, causing bullet trajectories to arc, dealing damage and possibly knocking foes back.
Dead Shot Ranged Lethal/Special, High Damage, Foe Knockback/SpecialA deadly close range attack. Foes struck by this attack will suffer lethal damage and will likely be knocked back by the impact.

Scramble Thoughts Ranged Psionic, Minor Damage, Foe DisorientPainfully scrambles the synapses of a targeted foe, leaving them dramatically disoriented for a short duration.

The Human Engineered Nanotech Cyborg Hybrids, or H.E.N.C.H. men, were created to fight and serve on behalf of their United Underworld masters. The most well-bred genetic specimens at long-range devestation is the Assassin class soldier, who need only a bow to deal massive damage.

Quick Arrow Ranged Lethal, Minor DamageA quick attack that fires an arrow at a foe with only minimal aiming.
Medium Arrow Ranged Lethal, Moderate DamageThough it takes longer to execute, deals greater damage than Quick Arrow.
Cone Arrow Ranged Lethal (Cone), Moderate DamageFires a fistful of arrows at foes.
Flaming Arrow Ranged Lethal, High Damage, Minor DoT (Fire)Fires a blazing arrow at a foe, dealing damage and causing them to catch on fire.
Aim Self +To-Hit, +DamageGreatly increases the chance to hit for a few seconds.
Exploding Arrow Ranged Lethal/Smash (Targeted AoE), Moderate Damage, Foe KnockbackFires a grenade-tipped arrow at long range. The explosion affects all within the blast radius.
