History

Early Years
Vivian was born in Paragon City and appeared to be a young and healthy little red haired, green eyed girl growing up. Around the age of three, she began growing scales on her face, hands and chest. Her once green eyes turned a light red and small fangs appeared in her mouth. People still accepted the girl and she was living the normal life of a toddler, however after the snake people in the Rogue Isles were discovered, the public started to worry about this snake girl that was in their presence, thinking she too could become some sort of menace. Her family pleaded with the public that their little girl wasn't capable of hurting anyone and that with proper care and their watchful eye, she would stay out of any trouble.
About a year after these incidents, Vivian was playing in a park one day and while trying to catch a ball, she fell into a bush busting her lip open. Her caretakers at the time rushed to her aid as she was covered in blood. One of the other children went into the bush to find the ball but found something horrendous. The child screamed in terror drawing the attention of the adults in the park. Lying in the bush where Vivian hurt herself, the still warm corpse of a young boy with two fang marks on his neck. Everyone thought that Vivian the Snake Girl had killed this other child and that the blood on Vivian was his.
After returning home that night, all the local news stations were advertising about a snake girl living in Paragon City and the death of a young boy. Government officials arrived at Vivian's house that very night where they took the girl from her home, although her parents struggled and pleaded with the officials but to no avail. There was no trial. There was no in-depth investigation. There was no DNA test ran on the blood. They simply removed Vivian from the city.
Adolescence & Teenage Life
No information could be found regarding Vivian during these years of her life. All that is known is that she was somewhere in the Rogue Isles.
Present Day
Vivian has been seen walking the streets of the Rogue Isles as a murderous attacker under the identity of Viperan. She strikes from the shadows without warning, and she kills without question or moral. It is still unknown as to why Vivian ended up on the streets and why she attacks others. Initial reports from the Arachnos indicate that recently Vivian has been able to subdue foes using hypnotic abilities.
Who is Viperan?
Appearance
Vivian now has the appearance of a young twenty year old. She is 5' 6", approximately 110 lbs and has a slender appearance. Her mutation has caused scaling over her entire body which are normally grey but are purple when caught in the light. Her eyes now have a distinct red glow to them and her hair has turned a blueish purple. Her hands have also mutated into sharp claws, and she has a long tail with a rattle on the end of it. Those who have gotten near Vivian have reported that she also has a long, pink, snake-like tongue.
Personality
Those who are able to talk with Vivian find that she is very intelligent despite no records of her attending any school during her life. She appears to be shy most of the time, although it is assumed that she stays away simply watching, waiting to find her next victim.
Traits
Viperan has a hissing lisp that is caused by her elongated tongue. She also appears to have issues with what she calls her "instincts" kicking in, where she doesn't have control of certain movements or actions she performs.
Weaponry
The Fangs
Vivian has a dual set of blades which she constantly refers to as her fangs. Although she still does have real fangs in her mouth, they are not long enough to cause any serious damage to anyone. It is unknown as to how Vivian obtained these blades or how she mastered using them, but while she has them out, consider her lethal.
Venom
It is unknown wether or not Vivian has developed the ability to produce venom of any kind. No one has ever reported being physically bitten by her.
Hypnotism
According to reports received from Arachnos Intelligence, Vivian is now able to use hypnotic abilities to render foes unconcious, leave them in pain and cause them to perform acts against their will. It appears that Vivian is unable to concentrate while performing such acts and does not use her blades, she also appears to be less agile than normal.
Known Accomplices
Sabi Star
Viperan is almost never seen without her companion, The Entropic Sabi Star, a plantoid creature armed with vines and thorns capable of entangling people. When the two are together, they are unstoppable.
Clorophyll
Clorophyll, another plantoid and good friend of Sabi Star, assists Viperan and Sabi Star with her own plant controlling abilities.
Ludazov
Armed with a small army of robots, Ludazov sometimes joins up with Viperan and Sabi Star to cause havoc in the cities.
