Overview
Akuma Rising represents the natural progression of the level 50 scrapper, Akuma Kamikaze, into the stalker version of himself. Very little is different between the two versions of Akuma, save one could be considered good and the other evil; but such politics do not apply here. Akuma Rising is a work in progress and should prove to be a dangerous foe to those who face him in combat.

Personality
Quiet and efficient, Akuma Rising allows the sharp edge of his katana to speak for him. Striking deep at the heart of his victims, Akuma attacks from the shadows, using surprise and terror to his advantage. Little is known of the motives that have driven this once hero into the arms of a darker life; Akuma's sister, Katsumi Kamikaze, suspects the worst.
Abilities/Expertise
Akuma Kamikaze is a master of all forms of traditional martial arts weapons with a speciality in edged blades. Caltrops and web grenades augment an already deadly arsenal of attacks. Of important note is that Akuma is capable of projecting fear into the hearts of his adversaries, causing them to tremble in terror and granting him time to bring his weapons to bare.
Character Background
Akuma Rising has turned the page in some dark chapter of his life. Could it be that this once noble swordsman is now nothing more than a vigilante for hire? The true motives of Akuma remain unknown, lost in a shroud of mystery and subterfuge.
