Tetsuo uses the mysterious ChangeBuckler belt to transform into the mighty masked warrior Coins, energizing his enchanted gauntlets with ancient Power Coins. Since each gauntlet uses the power of a single coin at a time, Tetsuo must take advantage of combinations of coins to maximize his effectiveness.

Power Coins
The mysterious Power Coins have existed for centuries, and embody human greed and avarice in tangible form. For this reason, they are extremely dangerous to use for most individuals, because they can take control of whoever uses them and transform them into a monster formed from greed called a Coin Lord. Tetsuo is nearly unique in that he places little significance on worldly possessions, and only worries about earning enough money to eat and have a roof over his head. This lack of greed is what allows him to safely utilize the Coins' power.
Each power coin allows Tetsuo to channel a different elemental power when slotted into one of the slots on either side of the ChangeBuckler. When in a slot, the coin energizes the gauntlet on that side of the Coins Armor with its energy, and imbues Tetsuo with a unique power.
However, the coins have another, darker function. Whoever possesses one of these coins slowly feels their desires increase in intensity, the coin feeding their darkest urges. When they eventually give in to this temptation, the coin takes hold of their mind, and slowly transforms them into a Coin Lord, a tremendously powerful creature of pure desire, at the cost of their sanity and free will.
Currently Possessed:
Tetsuo currently possesses the following power coins:
- Heat: This red coin wreaths his right fist in searing flames, letting him strike enemies for tremendous damage and even set them on fire.
- Winter: This blue coin forms a durable shield of solid ice around his left arm, allowing him to deflect enemy attacks.
- Toxic: This green coin surrounds his right arm in a toxic gas, poisoning his enemies when he attacks.
- Data: This white coin surrounds his right arm with shimmering light, allowing his fist to phase through defenses.
- Midnight: This violet coin shrouds his left arm in swirling darkness, granting him the power to drain his enemies' life force.
Whereabouts Unknown:
The following other coins are known to exist, but their location is unknown:
- Magma: This orange coin generates a shield of flowing lava around his left arm. Combining this coin with the Heat coin allows Tetsuo to transform into his Flame Knight form, temporarily granting him tremendous strength, but leaving him drained and vulnerable afterward.
- Storm: This grey coin surrounds his right arm with dark clouds and flashes of lightning, electrifying enemies with his attacks.
- Electric: This yellow coin surrounds his left arm in crackling electricity, greatly increasing his speed and allowing him to evade attacks, even able to dodge bullets. Combining this coin with the Storm coin allows Tetsuo to transform into his Thunder Knight form, temporarily granting him tremendously increased speed and agility, but leaving him drained and vulnerable afterward.
