Sigma 1 is one of the handful of survivors from a far future Earth. Once possessing galactic scale powers and having sacrificed them, she is surprised but satisfied to have found that there is still a small ember left in her. Life on Earth in the distant past is much, much different and she is cautiously learning about everything while nurturing her faint power. The FBSA Support Office has encouraged her to try and 'be more human' by giving her the name Whitney Starr, but she has yet to accept it, instead continuing to introduce herself as her designation. Above all, she is still a weapon and a soldier however and will defend this earth with everything she has.

Powers

Sigma 1 is a Darkstar class bioweapon, engineered from genetic databanks of heat and fire controlling humans encasing a dark energy star. Currently the remnants of her power allow for spontaneous heat and fire generation and energy discharge.

History

The future Sigma 1 comes from was consumed by galactic war which ultimately tore the fabric of reality apart. The War had gone on for a hundred generations, the Galactic Defense Force(which included Earth) against a entity called The Multitude bent on subjugating all life to its will. The Sigma series was part of a larger desperate initiative, the Star of Babylon project that was charged with creating harnessing stellar energy in all its forms to create soldiers. The project did result in the GDF being able to start to push back The Multitude, but the cost was enormous, as The Multitude's next counter was the discovery of time travel. It's first attempt to use it destabilized reality itself, however. As the timeline collapsed, a mysterious stranger appeared to a single GDF squad, offering a chance for a new home in the past at the cost of sacrificing all their significant powers and a pledge to prevent their future. The squad agreed, and the mysterious stranger consumed all of their collective power to tear open a portal in spacetime, depositing the squad in Atlas Park. They did not see the stranger as their reality disappeared, and cannot recall what they looked like now.
