Birth and Childhood

Keeta's life was relatively normal until age six. She was close with her father, but no so much with her mother, who constantly pushed Keeta in hopes of finding a talent she could exploit for money. When Keeta's mother, Jeeva, found nothing she could use, she left the family behind.

The following day, Keeta's hometown was attacked by several robots. Keeta's father barely got her out of the house and into the hands of a passerby who agreed to help. Just after Keeta had reached safety, the roof collapsed, killing her father. Keeta was taken to the Light Temple which housed orphans and abandoned children. After a long time recovering mentally from the incident, she chose to stay at the Light Temple and train in the arts of swordplay and magic.

Keeta learned her magic fairly quick, but was a bit slower when learning the advanced sword and shield techniques. Despite her amazing progress in the magical department, she fell out of the spotlight to a girl named Sukina Cassady. Though Sukina's magic was average, she was quick to learn many of the physical skills. Sukina graduated two years early at age sixteen, which Keeta felt she should've been able to as well. Keeta graduated the next year, working long and hard on her sword and shield technique. However, she wasn't presented with any reward upon graduation like Sukina was and felt as if all her hard work was ignored.

Wandering

Though Keeta was cleared to travel the world to aid people unable to defend themselves with a partner, she soon ditched him to go off on her own. She got rid of her heavy armor and shield as she felt they made her stand out and slowed her down. During her travels, she met a man who worked a book store named Peter while she was locally eating. The two connected fairly quickly and began growing close. The man's positive attitude and appreciation for Keeta began to soften her back up again as she had been bitter and apathetic since graduation. Keeta decided to stay in the area for awhile to get to know Peter.

However, while she was killing time waiting for Peter to get off work one day, she wound up speaking with another man. This man, named Joesph, had a very muscular build and mentioned he was in the business of finding good deals on various expensive products. Since Keeta had limited money at the time, she asked Joesph to into it further. Joesph introduced her to his "co-workers" and began to develop an interest in Keeta as well.

It wasn't long before Peter and Joesph found out about each other and began to fight over Keeta, claiming they were better for her. Keeta left town after the pressure got to her, unsure of what to do. She soon met with a scientist named Vivaje Rubin. Vivaje took notice of the blade she carried with her and offered her a special sword if she were to volunteer for an experiment with him. Keeta agreed to the deal. Vivaje's experiment happened to be with enhancing the human body's potential. Keeta noticed after the experiment, she was far quicker than before, being able to move faster than the normal human's eye could see. She soon realized the sword she had been given had magical powers, as she was sensitive to magic energy. Keeta found out that the sword could project images from her mind into reality in perfect realism if she was detailed enough. Her favorite trick was projecting her surroundings around her unto herself, effectively making her invisible.

Keeta returned to the town Peter and Joesph lived in, though she decided to show Joesph her new blade. Though Joesph was confused on Keeta's disappearance, he blamed it on Peter. Joesph began to suspect Keeta was a fan of blades, and planned a a break-in to a local museum to steal a sword he had seen in there for Keeta. Keeta offered to help, using her sword's magic to cloak everyone around her. Thought the alarm was tripped by one of Joesph's men, they all escaped with several artifacts.

Peter eventually ran into Keeta again, hearing she had been involved with the robbery. He pleaded her to stay away from Joesph, claiming he was a bad influence on her. This started up fights between Joesph and Peter till they both decided to meet at a park and told Keeta to come along. Upon arriving at the park, Keeta watched the two argue back and forth intensely. She began to feel like they just wanted ownership over her, and they didn't care what their fighting was doing to her. Eventually, they stood on both sides of her, pressuring her to pick one. Eventually, Keeta yelled out in frustration, drew both of her blades and in one swift motion, stabbed them both through the chest. Keeta fled the park and the city shortly after.

Descent into Darkness

It wasn't long before Keeta's actions reached the Light Temple. The headmaster ordered for two of the temple's finest to bring Keeta in. They were ordered to avoid fighting if at all possible, and despite their peaceful proposal, Keeta drew her weapons on the two. A fight ensued, with Keeta killing both men at the end despite they pleaded mercy. Keeta didn't trust them to not pursue her again.

After killing the two men, Keeta sought hiding with Vivaje, who was just recovering from a battle with super-natural humans himself. When Keeta asked about Vivaje's attackers, Vivaje informed her it was a woman named Sukina Cassady, leading three others along with her. The name instantly ignited Keeta's bitter memories of graduation, causing her to quickly volunteer to help Vivaje deal with Sukina and her allies. Vivaje stated he planned on recruiting one more person before he would confront them again. A mass murderer by the name of Zikenma Arvisu. Vivaje also began working on a plan to do a wide scale test of his experiments.

Reunion of the Orphans

It felt all too long for Keeta as Vivaje planned out his test. He planned on testing a gas in New York that would increase aggression and lower self control. Vivaje's brother Dyanitz had been cyber stalking Sukina's group, and helped influence them to meet up in New York by hacking Andrew's email. It wasn't long before the two factions did battle, and from Keeta's view, it looked as if they were going just as planned. Keeta and Sukina wound up facing each other fairly early, but Sukina didn't seem to remember Keeta, causing Keeta to hate her even more. The two fought, but before any clear winner was decided, Dyanitz laid a trap for Sukina that caught her. Vivaje planned on subjecting Sukina to some experiments again, as he apparently had once before.

Keeta fought briefly with Shanic Arvisu, an ally of Sukina's. That fight didn't finish either however, as Keeta was called back to the hideout. Zikenma reported he had easily defeated Andrew, while Vivaje reported that Ryan had given him the slip. Before Vivaje could execute the final stage of his plan or his experiments on Sukina, her allies broke in and freed her shortly after. The fight in the hideout resulted in an explosion that caused everyone to scatter. Sukina and Keeta met up again, this time fighting with no plans for interruption.

Though Keeta had the upper hand after awhile, Sukina managed a comeback to win the battle between them.
Sukina and Keeta fought fairly evenly for awhile, but Keeta's illusion trickery and powerful magic attacks eventually wore Sukina down to the point where she couldn't defend herself. This left her open to a brutal assault from Keeta that nearly killed Sukina, leaving her cut up and bleeding all over the rooftop they had landed on. Keeta took the time to taunt Sukina, informing her that her friends were next, but this caused something to awaken in Sukina. She transformed on the spot, her hair and clothing turning white, with angel wings of white fire protruding from her back. Sukina quickly defeated Keeta right after. Vivaje sounded a retreat after Sukina transformed, bringing an end to Vivaje's experiment before it could begin.

If at First You Don't Succeed, Get More Help

As Vivaje's group recovered, Keeta's defeat at Sukina's hands tormented her. While she was out thinking to herself, she was attacked by a lizard humanoid wielding two axes and moving at about Sukina's speed. Keeta defeated the lizard man since her illusions confused him, but instead of killing him, offered him a job. She stated she would pay Detabol to kill Sukina and if he agreed, she wouldn't kill him. Unsurprisingly, Detabol agreed and began to hunt down Sukina. Detabol seemed promising at first, defeating Sukina in their first encounter. However, Detabol wound up being defeated a few times afterwards by an ally of Sukina's and a third party who was unknown at the time.

Keeta investigated this third party, finding it to be a martial artist by the name of Kelsa Cassidy. Keeta told Kelsa to stay out of their way, but Kelsa said that if her friends were threatened, she'd fight. Keeta decided she would simply just kill her. The two fought for a bit, with Keeta seemingly having the upper hand. However, Kelsa's eyes began to glow blue, allowing her to see through Keeta's illusions and defeated her shortly after. Vivaje stepped in soon after, but simply grabbed Keeta and retreated.

As Keeta recovered, Detabol stated he had found an artifact to enhance his power, and planned to end Sukina and her friends once and for all. Despite his power-up, Sukina managed to defeat him with difficulty in their next fight. Before he was killed or taken away, Keeta, Vivaje, and Zikenma stepped in to allow him time to recover. Keeta briefly fought with Sukina again, easily stalling Sukina long enough for Detabol to regain his strength. However, in their rematch, Sukina transformed again, slaying Detabol. Vivaje issued a retreat, as Zikenma was injured during his battle with Shanic and Detabol was now dead.

Ascent Into a Different Darkness

While Keeta and her group recovered, Vivaje's brother Dyanitz, somehow managed to unleash a giant monster from an artifact Detabol had stolen, but not used. The monster began to destroy their hideout, causing Keeta's group to fight the monster. Despite landing several good hits, the monster continued to destroy the city. Sukina's group showed up afterwards, but even they couldn't defeat the giant shadow creature.

Keeta began to feel the fight was futile, then Shanic encouraged her to fight and even took a hit for her. Shanic stated was she was talented, gifted, and they needed her to win. Though Keeta didn't jump into action right away, she finally jumped in when no one was able to stop Sukina from taking a powerful attack. Keeta managed to deflect the attack with her magic, and fought with the creature for a bit. However, Keeta eventually became overwhelmed by the giant creature, but Keeta's effort triggered Sukina to transform into the angel-like being she had used to win the last few encounters. However, unlike before, Sukina wasn't able to defeat the giant monster by herself. As Sukina's powers started to fade, the monster began to press his attack. Keeta knew if Sukina went down, it would likely be over. A burst of energy exploded from within her and she noticed she was suddenly flying. Her clothes and hair had changed to black and she felt revitalized.

She joined Sukina in the fight, the two using their powers together to finally destroy the creature and save the city they were in. Upon discovering she had these powers, learning she was called the Angel of Darkness and Sukina was the Angel of Light, Keeta began to mellow out again. She no longer felt she had to prove she was special, and she gained respect from everyone involved in that battle.

The O.A.R.H.

As Keeta's group contemplated what their future actions would entail, Dyanitz reported that Sukina, Shanic, and Andrew had been captured by a group calling themselves the OARH. (Which stands for Organization Against Renegade Humans) Keeta suggested they bust them out and despite initial confusion amongst the group, they agreed to do it.

Keeta's group quickly arrived and freed Sukina, Andrew, and Shanic from their prisons, and joined forces again to chase the OARH out of their own base and into their sea based vehicles. The two groups chased the OARH to a cruise ship that was heading south, which they stowed away on. The two groups agreed to work together again as they realized this group could be a threat. Keeta and the others hung out on the cruise ship the next few days, trying to find the OARH, but only had a few small encounters. They found the OARH was planning on bringing their own ship out to sea to pick them up when they intercepted the cruise ship.

Eventually, that day arrived. Keeta and the others jumped ship along with the OARH, which resulted in a battle on the OARH ship. The OARH threw everything they had at Keeta and her allies, from fist fighters, to telekinetics, to their highly trained soldiers. None of them were able to stop them however. The end result was the important OARH figures leaving on a small aircraft that was on the ship, this time giving them the slip. The OARH continues to battle with Keeta and her allies to this day.

"Brother"

Keeta steps in to stop Niaku from taking Sukina's powers.
Keeta's powers were created by the Deity of Darkness, and though he could influence Keeta to a degree, she refused to do his bidding. His bidding being to build up enough energy to resurrect the Deity's mortal body so he may wipe the world clean. He felt with all the recent super powered beings, the earth was doomed to be destroyed. When the Deity couldn't convince Keeta, he imbued a man he handpicked with powers. The man was granted two swords with magic powers and physical abilities to rival Keeta and Sukina. Niaku went after Sukina, trying to take her powers to use as energy to fuel the resurrection. He nearly succeeded once with the help of his two allies Seka and Atek, but Keeta stepped in to stop them. Niaku refers to Keeta as sister and constantly pleads her to join him.

Feud with Forest

By this time, Keeta was growing close to Vivaje. She found him to be a good listener, and he responded well to her humor. However, just when it seemed something was about to happen between the two, a green haired woman calling herself Forest appeared and claimed Vivaje promised to aid her whenever she requested. Vivaje painfully admitted this was true, apologizing to Keeta before going off with Forest.

Keeta was frustrated by the sudden disappearance of Vivaje and felt Forest only wanted him for the resources he could provide. Keeta confronted them when the two were reported robbing a bank and tried to get Vivaje to come back with her, but Vivaje refused, saying he was sticking to his word no matter what. Despite Keeta's pleas, Vivaje wouldn't listen. Keeta and Forest fought soon after, much to Vivaje's objection. There was no victor of their first encounter, but Forest taunted Keeta by throwing her Vivaje's phone, saying he wouldn't need it anymore.

Keeta has some difficulty fighting Forest in her preferred arena.
This angered Keeta, causing her to chase after Vivaje and Forest yet again. This time Forest was engaged in a forest, where her powers of plant manipulation seemed to stem to the trees around her, greatly tipping the fight in Forest's favor. Before the fight could finish, Vivaje interupted. He told Keeta if she pulled another attack on Forest, he wouldn't speak to her again.

Keeta dropped back and began to think of a way to expose Forest as a user, as she even admitted to it during one of their fights. She soon realized Forest's number was in Vivaje's phone which caused her to come up with a plan. She called Andrew and asked him to talk to Forest for her and set up a deal that she couldn't refuse. The deal offered her a large sum of money, but in exchange she wasn't allowed to bring Vivaje along. After a few meetings, and Keeta using her illusions to fake a briefcase full of money for Andrew posing in person as the mysterious deal offerer, Forest finally agreed. Forest broke things off with Vivaje in front of Andrew as proof she wouldn't be bringing anyone along, and as Forest broke it off, Keeta lowered the illusion causing Vivaje to recognize Andrew. Keeta quickly revealed herself as Forest began to throw a fit of rage. Vivaje apologized to Keeta and the three began to leave Forest.

However, Forest was angry. She chased Keeta down, threatening to kill her. The two fought once more, again to Vivaje's protesting. However, Keeta came out victorious. Though instead of killing Forest, she spared her, knowing Vivaje harbored some feelings toward Forest from long ago.

Master of Darkness vs the Angel of Darkness

Shortly after defeating Forest, Keeta got word from Sukina a powerful foe was causing trouble. Keeta had been called to help before, but stated she was dealing with a personal problem that would distract her from helping to her fullest.

Keeta and Vivaje arrived at the battle which had already started. Shanic and Sukina were already incapacitated, and the only two left fighting were the Angel of Wind and Andrew. Keeta stepped in, fighting with the man named Terroth. Terroth could use his powers of darkness to drain his foe's greatest physical strength and add it to his. If his opponent was speedy, he'd take their speed while lowering theirs. However, Keeta seemed unaffected by this spell, allowing her to keep her full advantages without fear of getting drained. The tough battle eventually lead Keeta to transform into the Angel of Darkness. After the two scrapped for awhile, Keeta landed a powerful attack, flooring and weakening Terroth. Keeta had run out of power at that point, and reverted back to her normal form. Shanic managed to regain enough energy to finish the fight, driving Terroth off.

Feud with Forest Part 2

It wasn't long before Forest returned after she had been humiliated and defeated, challenging Keeta again. The two fought as normal for awhile, but Keeta took quick note that Forest had a sword now. Forest transformed after announcing to Keeta she had acquired even more power. Forest's hair turned purple and she gained wings of lightning. Keeta knew this as the Angel of Lightning, one of six lesser angels that could use their transformations at will, but their power was not as great. The powers had originally belonged to a farm boy with no combat training or special skills. Forest kidnapped him and scared him to death, forcing him to give up his powers so he could live.

Forest defeated Keeta with her new form, but spared Keeta as she wanted one more bout with her. Since Keeta had originally beat her by debuting a new ability, Forest felt she had done the same and wanted to win with no surprises from either fighter.

Keeta was angry at her defeat, but calmed down later after talking with Sukina. Forest eventually came back for the rematch, but Keeta came out victorious this time, taking advantage of Forest's overconfidence to land a final powerful blow.
Though at a disadvantage, Keeta manages to outsmart Forest for the victory in their final battle.

Moving to the Paragon City

After the downtime beating Terroth, Sukina caught wind of Paragon City. A city in constant turmoil where many super powered beings had gathered. Since the group already felt it was their specialty dealing with super powered being, they felt they'd fit in rather well in Paragon City. Keeta and Vivaje mostly watch over the Isles while Sukina, Shanic, and Andrew watch over Paragon City.

Abilities

Magic: Keeta used to know several protective spells and could perform them at the highest grade. However, she hasn't cast any of these in a long time. Keeta is quick to learn magic if she is the target of the spell, whether it hurts or helps her it makes no difference. The feeling of the spell sticks in her head, allowing her to mimic the energies used to conjure the spell.

Dual Blade Fighting: Keeta gave up the way of the sword & shield rather fast, opting for dual blades instead. Her slashes don't contain much finesse and she isn't as good at defensive things such as parrying incoming attacks with her blades.

Sacred Lie: Keeta's curved blade. The sword is capable of projecting anything Keeta can think up or imagine. Illusions however are just projections. They make no sound of their own and physical objects pass right through them. Keeta typically uses the magic to project the location around her, rendering her invisible.

Forgotten: Keeta's jagged blade. The sword is capable of creating powerful hurricane-like winds that can cut at a victim's skin. Keeta avoids using this sword's magic in Paragon as the area is usually too populated (a city) which would likely inflict lots of damage to the surroundings or too crowded (a cave) and would cause more damage to her allies while risking bringing down the cave.

Dark Martial Arts: Keeta learned a fighting style that makes use of her darkness alignment. This allows dark energy to fuel some of her attacks, which she typically forms into an eagle's claw. This style uses no closed fist attacks, consisting only of chops, palm strikes, and kicks.

Agility: Keeta's physical training at the Light Temple, plus Vivaje's mixture accelerated her to physical levels she wasn't even close to before. This allowed her to become very speedy and quick to react. This allows her to dodge bullets and the like. Coupled with her Sacred Lie turning her invisible or making false clones of her, she can be near impossible to hit.

Though late to bloom, Keeta's Angel of Darkness form helps save her friends time and time again.
Angel of Darkness: Keeta's transformation. A power to help average humans fight the forces of evil created by the Deity of Darkness. Keeta is more powerful than the average human, so naturally her transformation makes her even more powerful. She is only capable of transforming when a strong urge to protect overwhelms her and as such, is incapable of transforming if she is the only one in danger. Friends being in danger being the most common trigger for the transformation. While she is far from invincible in this form, her overall abilities get a significant boost, along with granting her the ability to fly.

Personality

Did he deserve death? In Keeta's mind he did.
While Keeta is essentially a good person, she does believe some people have to be killed in order to keep the peace. Between Sukina, herself, and their allies, she has killed the most super-powered individuals of them all. Though she doesn't have as much a temper as she used to, she's still explosive when she's mad and generally very unforgiving. Keeta appreciates a good laugh and is typically the first to make a joke in a bad situation. She's typically kind to strangers though she isn't afraid to call someone out on acting stupid. Though typically sarcastic, she will quickly get serious if she realizes the situation is dangerous. However, if danger doesn't seem to be apparent in combat, she typically mocks her enemies.
