Personality
Naive, innocent and easily excitable. She tends to be quite the prankster and can seem abusive to animals due to her over zealous behavior around them. (Think 'Boo' from 'Monster's Inc.' meets 'Elmira' from 'Tiny Toons'.)
Character History
Backstory
A peacebringer that has adopted a 10 year old girl as a host... having an unexpected side effect of appearing like a faerie from the child's story books. The girl looks and believes she is a faerie having no real life knowledge or experiences to draw from. Her parents were unable to cope with this change in their daughter and treated her poorly resulting in Willow running away from home.
Vanguard now uses all means necessary to prevent biological co-habitation with homosapiens under the age of 18.
Past Events
Due to being referred to as a creature, thing, alien and other unkind terms by her parents, Willow ran away from home. She has only been treated in such a manner twice since fleeing her home... once by "Mecha Teddy", a boy robot that she thought she could befriend. The other time by "Linus Red" and a random group of people who upset her so badly she ran off crying. Fortunately Willow's attention span is extremely limited, while she remembers being treated poorly by certain individuals, she doesn't seem to hold a grudge.
10/01/07 - It has been discovered by Maddie and Taran, that Willow is a host to not one Kheldian, but two. Both of which have been given names by Willow, George (White Dwarf) and Charlotte (Bright Nova). Maddie and Taran drilled George on when, why and how he could do this to poor Willow only to receive the repetitious answer of "I was assigned to this host.". George did however enlighten them to the fact that when Vanguard saw Willow as an unfit host, likely due to her physical and mental complications, "They were going to have her disposed of... extinguished... terminated.". George told them he was unfamiliar with the location of the facility and that he saw there were many Quantum equipped soldiers while escaping. George is also how the couple discovered Charlotte's existance, being as neither Kheldian has spoken to anyone until this moment.
Powers
Willow has demonstrated the natural ability of flight through large butterfly-type wings and the supernatural ability to turn invisible at will. She has the supernatural ability to change her hair and clothing color on a whim. She has on occassion been seen transforming into a Bright Nova or a White Dwarf, Kheldian forms.
Vulnerabilities
Rootbeer and Cheesy Tacos. She is easily distracted by pretty much anything, to list a few... Pirates, Robots, Puppies, Kitties, Elves, Dragons and Other Faeries.

Creator Notes and Trivia
Willow started out life as a Fairy Nymph Hoochie by design. After taking a long break from the game and discovering the Pocket D upon resubscribing to CoH/CoV I pulled a storyline out of my butt, edited her scaling and costuming quite a bit and there she was hiding under all that hoochie.
Rumors
Yup, she loves making and spreading rumors. Willow lives for juicey gossip, yet always manages to contort the truth in some way.
